Ski Top was founded in 1968 by Alberto Piccolruaz, who was known in the village as 'L'Zelter'. Starting out as a souvenir and photography shop, it soon evolved naturally due to Alberto's passion for the mountains.
After qualifying as a ski instructor, Alberto expanded the business to include sports equipment and co-founded the Badia Ski School, which he directed for many years. In those early years, the shop even housed the ski school’s office
In 1978, a major expansion saw the opening of the first ski rental shop in Badia.
Since then, Ski Top has stood out for its quality, innovation and customer care, always evolving to meet the needs of mountain sports enthusiasts.
